Advanced SEO for Attorneys – How To Repurpose Your Website’s Content
What we’re doing is we are identifying pages funneling the most traffic to our Website and valuating whether or not we want to focus on them because they may be a practice area that we no longer want to do – perhaps a sub niche of what I’m practicing in immigration law that we no longer want to do.
Step ONE
First of all we evaluate if we still want to attract traffic for this page?
Step TWO
Once we decide that we DO want to attract traffic for this specific area of law, we are creating videos for all of those pages and make sure that each page has video and then
Step THREE
Take the video and transcribe it so we have more content on the page making the content lengthy or longer with more in-depth information on the page. The beauty of this is that not
only is it going to add to and create more content but also video is great for SEO. On another level it’s great for what I call conversion.
What that means is that when someone sees a video of you it’s the next best thing of having them in your office and talking to them directly so a lot of times even though people might find us organically through Google then they see the video that is the second step that allows them or makes them want to contact us because they feel like they know me they feel like they trust me from watching the video and it gets them to call me, so it builds that relationship with the client which sometimes words cannot do – it’s the one-two punch it’s you’re giving them: information with the content and then you’re building the relationship with the video. Another factor about offering video and content on a page is that not everyone wants to read so then they can watch the video: vice versa not everyone wants to watch a video they can read, so you’re providing two pathways from which to choose to reach the information!
